"prerelease-js" becomes "main" as
- doing so makes experimenter startup easier (ie don't need to checkout the js branch)
- the js branch is the only one we recommend experimenters use (ie python support is not the priority, or guaranteed)
Old main moves to "py" branch (to indicate its psychoPy distinction).
